Online registration for the 2009 Indiana Early Childhood Conference is now closed and mail-in/faxed registrations are no longer being accepted.

 

You may still attend the conference on Friday and Saturday by registering on-site at the Convention Center (100 South Capitol Avenue ~ Indianapolis, IN 46202) during the times listed below.  Registration is outside Exhibit Hall C.  It is not possible to register on-site for the Thursday Pre-Conference.

 

Registration Times:

Thursday (for Friday/Saturday):  3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday (for Friday/Saturday): 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday (for Saturday): 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Registration Information:

  • If registering a group, please fill out one registration formform for each person.
  • On-site registration is available for Friday and Saturday only.   It is not possible to register on-site for the Thursday Pre-Conference.
  • No call-in registrations will be accepted.
  • Registrations are transferrable, but no refunds will be issued.

Payment Information:

  • Payment in the form of check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or purchase order must accompany the registration form.
  • A $25 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

Purchase Orders:

• A separate registration form must be completed for each individual listed on the purchase order.

• Send all registration forms with the purchase order.

• The purchase order number and the issuing organization’s information (including address) must be completed on every registration form.  

 

Registration Deadlines:

  • On-Site: After 3/27/09, at Conference during the following hours: 
    • April 2 • 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. | April 3 • 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. | April 4 • 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Registration Rates:

  • NAEYC/Indiana AEYC Members - One day (FRI or SAT) = $80  |  FRI & SAT = $105.00
  • Non Members - One day (FRI or SAT) = $95.00  |  FRI & SAT = $125.00

 

Getting the Final Conference Program:

Those who have registered for the conference by the March 20th mail-in deadline should expect to receive their name badge and receipt by mail. All others should check in at the registration area.
