Early Childhood® INDIANA Counselor in your area The counselor contacts you to determine which application is needed The appropriate application is mailed to you 4.  Complete the application & return it, along with your most recent pay stub, to the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® INDIANA office at Indiana AEYC Then what happens? Your application is reviewed Acceptance into the program is determined A T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® INDIANA Counselor contacts you about using the scholarship
